Performance Improvement Lead in our talented team at St James Gate
kegging plant You?ll be partnering with senior leadership to deliver
a strategic approach on improving performance for the site.
This will require excellent communication, influencing and
interpersonal skills in order to inspire your team to deliver
World-Class performance. You?ll spend a lot of the time motivating
others and bringing about change while keeping employees engaged with
the strategic changes to improve performance. You?ll own KPI targets
across shifts and partner with kegging and site Business Leaders to
drive performance and ensure safety is the number one priority.
In order to do this, you?ll drive for next level performance by
ensuring all team members follow standard operating procedures, manage
the risk profile and partner with the governance team, run productive
team meetings and demonstrate high levels of people management. The
role will require a lot of project management ensuring the delivery of
improvement projects, in partnership with Operations and Functional
teams.
Once you?ve identified improvements, you?ll connect with teams and
ensure the changes are implemented, standardised and sustained within
operations teams (sharing best practice in order to set everyone up
for success) Health and safety compliance is key and you?ll be at
the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other KPI?s
and targets. About You We?re looking for people with character:
